FAQs

1. How many Golden Tickets are being hidden?

There are less than 30 coveted tickets being hidden throughout Chicago over the next few weeks! (Schedule included below.)

2. How do I get the pair of Golden Tickets?

We are mailing the Golden Tickets directly to the restaurant on Monday, September 18. Please be sure to check your mail!

Note to influencers: If you would like a copy of tickets mailed to you for photos/videos, please email haylie.gulasey@culinarycare.org with your address!

Here is what they look like:

3. How many times should I post on social media about the tickets?

We kindly ask that you post 2 times:

  • 1 time to tease the promo leading up to your date

  • 1 time on your date

For influencers: We emailed you a unique discount code you can use to promo Gala tickets which gives your followers $50 off GA tickets! The format is FIRSTNAME50. For example, HAYLIE50. Here is how your followers will be able to access it:

  1. Click HERE (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/gourmand-gala-celebrating-10-years-nourishing-cancer-recoveries-tickets-667195087467)

  2. Click “Get tickets”

  3. In the "Promo Code" box enter [YOUR INFLUENCER PROMO CODE]

  4. Click "Apply"

  5. You receive $50 off GA tickets!

4. Do you have sample copy I can use?

Yes! We want to make this as easy as possible for you. We've provided sample post copy, images, and hashtags below for both restaurants and influencers. Please feel free to use this as a start and add your unique touch, your own images, etc. to align with your brand's tone. (Psst… Don’t forget to tag Culinary Care so we can share the love! ❤️)

5. Does the influencer need to be present at the restaurant on their assigned night?

No, it is not necessary for influencers to be physically present at the restaurant on their assigned night. We are so grateful to you for helping us raise awareness for families fighting cancer - thank you! You are of course more than welcome to make a reservation, visit, and support the restaurant!

Kindly note: The restaurants are not obligated to provide influencers with complimentary items.

6. How do we choose what bill to put the tickets in?

The choice of which bill to place the tickets in is entirely up to the restaurant. Select the lucky diners at random. (Have fun!)

7. How will the diners know what to do next?

The ticket itself contains all the information diners need for the next steps, including a QR code that directs them to a detailed landing page.

8. What happens after the evening is over?

For the influencers: We will send you 2 complimentary VIP tickets as a thank you for participating! (A $490 value!)

For the restaurants: As always, we are so grateful for your continued support of Culinary Care and we can’t wait to see you at the Gala!
