11:30 AM: You and your colleagues will arrive and check in.
12 - 1:30 PM: Lunch & Mission Moment: Nick & Sam’s will have an incredible buffet-style lunch for you to fuel up for the challenge. While you eat, you’ll learn more about Culinary Care’s mission.
1:30-2 PM: Chef Demo: Chef Samir will demonstrate a dish that you’ll be working to bring to life yourself.
2 - 3 PM Match the Chef Challenge: Your team will battle the clock (& each other) to recreate the dish: taste, presentation, & all.
3 -3:30 PM: Judging & Closing Remarks: While the judges taste your creations, we’ll recap the impact you’re making in the community.
